INSTRUCTIONS:

Light a white candle and place in a safe space near you while you make the bath.

Get a bowl and fill with water.

Add the bath to bowl of water. Stir counter clockwise. Then speak the appropriate scripture for your bath. Psalm 79

Pour Bath On Your Body From Neck Down

Get out and air dry! Wear all white clothes to bed and cover your head!

After your bath, let out your candle!

THEN GO TUH BED!
